In order to ensure that all rebuilt engines meet the rigorous demands of the applications they will be used in, all J&R rebuilt engines are expertly tore down and remanufactured including.
- Rebuild/replace cylinder heads
- Rebuild/replace cylinder kits (Liners, Pistons, Rings, Rods)
- Rebuild/replace turbo cartridges
- Rebuild/replace governor
- Fuel system/check/repair
- Inspect block and crank (bore, deck, magna-flux and check crank for straightness, all journals and hardness of crank)
- Replace bearings (Main, Rod, Cam and Drive Train)
- Replace front and rear crankshaft seals (new style)
- Rebuild/replace water pumps (jacket water and auxiliary)
- Rebuild/replace oil pump
- Replace all filters
- Replace oil cooler
- All necessary gaskets, seals, and hardware
- Dyno/test run 4 hours minimum
- Service, clean and paint Cat industrial yellow
